On TMNT Tuesday, I share a scanned image from my classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection. I found this old mini-comic in a box of old toys recently (sans cover, I'm afraid), and I couldn't remember where it was from, but a quick Google search of "Turtles Mini Comic Casey Octopus" revealed that this was the first of three mini-comics that came in TMNT cereal back in the day. Yes, Shredder wants to make Casey Jones into an evil octopus. That's one action figure I'd love to see someone customize!
